The new life that it imparts.
“For since we are permanently grafted into him to experience a death like his, then we are permanently grafted into him to experience a resurrection like his and the new life that it imparts.
So let it be the same way with you! Since you are now joined with him, you must continually view yourselves as dead and unresponsive to sin’s appeal while living daily for God’s pleasure in union with Jesus, the Anointed One.
So then, refuse to answer its call to surrender your body as a tool for wickedness. Instead, passionately answer God’s call to keep yielding your body to him as one who has now experienced resurrection life! You live now for his pleasure, ready to be used for his noble purpose.”
Romans 6:5,11,13(TPT)
Once you have consciously given your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you have received a complete package of the Kingdom life.
This new Kingdom life includes the ability to live a new life.
The Holy Spirit working inside of you gives you the grace and the strength to say NO to continuous sin.
You need to be conscious that through Jesus now living inside you the power to say No to sin currently resides in You.
Anything that Christ won’t do you also you refuse to do.
How do you know what things Christ won’t do?
First and foremost, the inner voice that urged you to surrender your life will gently tell you what is right or wrong.
However, you also now have the responsibility to read the Word of God your self daily to find out.
“They found that the Jews of Berea were of more noble character and much more open-minded than those of Thessalonica. They were hungry to learn and eagerly received the word. Every day they opened the scrolls of Scripture to search and examine them, to verify that what Paul taught them was true.” Acts 17:11 (TPT)
Yes, it’s a daily relationship with God.
To live your New Life in Christ, you must find time to read the Scriptures.
You also must believe too that His power inside of you has set you free from sin.
“If anyone belongs to Christ, there is a new creation. The old things have gone; everything is made new!” 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NCV)
Yes, You can daily live an overcoming victorious life through Christ Jesus.
