After your conversation with eli and ananias where are YOU?

“God called again, “Samuel!”—the third time! Yet again Samuel got up and went to Eli, “Yes? I heard you call me. Here I am.” That’s when it dawned on Eli that God was calling the boy. So Eli directed Samuel, “Go back and lie down. If the voice calls again, say, ‘Speak, God. I’m your servant, ready to listen.’” Samuel returned to his bed. Then God came and stood before him exactly as before, calling out, “Samuel! Samuel!” Samuel answered, “Speak. I’m your servant, ready to listen.”  1 Samuel 3: 8-10
Thank God that you can hear the voice of God but if you have not developed enough personal relationship with HIM to know him distinctly please ensure from the WORD of God that what your Eli is telling you to do is actually directing you to the true and healthy relationship with God.
Its great to know God’s voice that HE is calling you but be reminded that when HE calls HE actually has a message for you to deliver and a purpose for you to fulfill.
In the Old dispensation the Holy Sprit had limited manifestations. However today HE is available to you to back up what your Eli is asking you to do.
“But you have been anointed by [you hold a sacred appointment from, you have been given an unction from] the Holy One, and you all know [the Truth] or you know all things.” 1 John 2:20
Samuel thereafter developed a personal relationship with God.
He could later tell King Saul let me tell you what God told me last night.
Ananias also was sent to Saul after his encounter with Jesus and he directed him on the right path. “So Ananias went and found the house, placed his hands on blind Saul, and said, “Brother Saul, the Master sent me, the same Jesus you saw on your way here. He sent me so you could see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” Acts 9:17
Paul could later testify “Well, it happened just as Ananias said. After I was back in Jerusalem and praying one day in the Temple, lost in the presence of God, I saw him, saw God’s Righteous Innocent, and heard him say to me, ‘Hurry up! Get out of here as quickly as you can. None of the Jews here in Jerusalem are going to accept what you say about me.’ Acts 22: 17-18
Paul developed his personal relationship with God and was always on the same page with the Trinity.
He could also say follow me as I follow Christ.

Where are you with God today?
