I confessed my sins
“Before I confessed my sins, I kept it all inside; my dishonesty devastated my inner life, causing my life to be filled with frustration, irrepressible anguish, and misery. The pain never let up, for your hand of conviction was heavy on my heart…..Then I finally admitted to you all my sins, refusing to hide them any longer. I said, “My life-giving God, I will openly acknowledge my evil actions.” And you forgave me! All at once the guilt of my sin washed away and all my pain disappeared” Psalm 32:3-5(TPT)
An essential aspect of the Christian life is confessing your sins to God.
You cannot become a Christian if you don’t confess your sins, repent and formally accept Jesus Christ into your life as your Lord and Savior
Why is the confession of sins so important?
Once you miss it open your mouth and talk to God that you lost it at that point and sincerely repent of it and with His help and the power of the Holy Spirit you will overcome.
The confession of sins will allow you to experience God’s forgiveness.
David said that after he confessed his sins to God, God forgave him.
The confession of sins will restore your emotional and physical strength.
Please, do not forget this: nothing will exhaust you more than the denial that you have sinned and without pausing to tell God in a few seconds what the missing the mark was.
Nothing will reinvigorate you more than a forgiven life.
The unbalanced Christian life is to assume that God “understands.”
The confession of sins will help you to move forward on your Christian path.
Unconfessed sins will prevent you from moving forward.
Confessing your sins will help you to grow in the faith
Your sin will stop you from becoming.
Your sins are preventing you from becoming more like Jesus.
If you want to become more like Jesus and experience spiritual growth, you need to confess your sins.
Thomas Edison once said: “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10000 ways that won’t work.”.God is not giving up on you too.
Nothing else will help you apart from confessing your sins.
Today we live in a “fast positive faith-based Christian life” denying sin and true repentance all because we want to be positive in our confession.
True Love for God does not encourage you to offend Him and pretend as if nothing happened.
Yes, it is between you and God.
Make things right personally between you and God moment by moment.
The trumpet can sound at any time.
Live a holy and acceptable life before God at all times.
Don’t live a coverup Christian life
Don’t miss heaven.
